viernes- VOCAB QUIZ(greetings, responding, saying goodbye, introducing yourself). 3-Mile Project for some.  Basic conversation practice and useful phrases.

martes- Trimester pre-assessment. Why Spanish? Useful phrases and tildes.

miércoles- Critical vocabulary (accent marks, tildes).  Reading/highlighting activity. TAREA: study for Spanish-speaking countries quiz

jueves- Spanish-speaking countries QUIZ (need to know at least 10). Start Useful Phrases comic strip.  TAREA: Comic strip due Monday.

viernes- 3-Mile Project for many.  Work on comic strip for those who stay.  TAREA: Unit 1 test is tentatively set to Monday; study

viernes- Start Unit 1.  TAREA: 3-ring binder for Monday (old or new, but must be just for this class).
